Waste Sticking to the Silicone Liner

Possible Causes:

1.Insufficient litter: If the amount of litter is too low, it may not form proper clumps, causing waste to stick to the bottom.

(App version) When the litter level is below approximately 1500 ml, the app will display a “Low litter” reminder.

2.Usage habits: If your cat uses the edges and does not cover the waste with litter, it may also lead to sticking.

Suggested Solution:

-Please refill the litter in time and maintain around 5L of litter for optimal performance;

-If sticking has already occurred, you can remove the bottom soft mat for cleaning. The mat is detachable and reusable.

formance.

The litter box is designed to be detachable and easy to clean, so the silicone liner can be removed and washed if needed.

If the litter level is too low, the APP may display a notification such as: “Low litter level.”
A reminder will appear when the litter amount drops below 1500 ml.

Is my cat litter compatible with the device?

No.

-During cleaning, if the waste bin is full, the machine will return to the “level smoothing” position and stop working.

-This design prevents excess waste from piling up, making the litter box messy or stuck.

-It also serves as a clear reminder to empty the waste bin promptly for better hygiene and proper operation.

Will the Litter Box Work When the Waste Bin Is Full?

The left side Drive Box moves, but the right side Drive Box doesn’t. Is it normal?

Yes, this is by design.

-The right side Drive Box has a built-in motor.

-The left side Drive Box only has gears and moves when driven.

-When the right Drive Box is installed on the litter box and powered on, it rotates and drives the left Drive Box together.

-This mechanism provides the driving force needed for the litter box rotation.

What should I do if my cat doesn’t like or isn’t used to the automatic litter box?

Don’t worry — it’s normal for some cats to need time to adjust. You can try the following steps:

1.Start without powering on
When first introducing the automatic litter box, we recommend keeping it turned off and using it as a regular litter box for a few days. This helps your cat feel safe and familiar.

2.Keep a familiar scent
Add a small amount of used litter from the old litter box into the new one, or mix the old and new litter together.
Note: Changing the type of litter may also affect your cat’s willingness to use it.

3.Place it in a familiar location
Position the new litter box where the old one was, or move it gradually (a little each day) so your cat can adjust comfortably.

4.Use a transition period (two litter boxes)
Do not remove the old litter box immediately.
Keep both the old and new litter boxes available, and once your cat starts using the new one occasionally, you can slowly phase out the old one.
(Some cats may need 1–2 weeks or longer to adapt.)

5.Improve accessibility if needed
If the entrance feels too high, consider adding a step or ramp accessory to make it easier for your cat to enter.

💡 Tip:
Some cats may take 1–2 weeks (or more) to fully adjust. Please be patient and give them time to get comfortable.

Can my cat use this automatic litter box?

This litter box is suitable for cats that are at least 6 months old and weigh between 2.6 lb (1.2 kg) and 33 lb (15 kg).

What should I do if the litter box does not operate or stops during operation?

If the litter box does not run or stops during operation, please try the following steps:

1. Check the power connections
Ensure the power adapter and the DC plug on the device are properly connected.
Reconnect and power on the device again.

2. Check the status indicator light
Make sure the status light is functioning normally.

No operation or stopping during rotation usually indicates power issues or device errors.
After correcting the power connection and confirming the status light, the device should resume normal operation.

What should I do if clean cat litter falls into the waste bin?

If clean cat litter is being transferred into the waste bin, please check the following:

1.Too Much Litter in the Drum

Please check whether the litter exceeds the MAX line inside the drum.

If the litter level is above the MAX line, the extra litter may be pushed into the waste bin during the cleaning cycle.

Solution:
Remove some litter and keep the litter level below the MAX line.

2. Check the litter guard type

Make sure the litter guard matches the type of cat litter you are using.

For small granular litter (e.g., mineral litter), use the small-hole litter guard.

For long-shaped litter (e.g., tofu litter), use the large-hole litter guard.

3. Contact customer support if unsure

If you are not sure which litter guard you have, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Using the wrong litter guard may cause clean litter to fall into the waste bin.
After installing the correct litter guard, the problem should be resolved automatically.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide a video and your Virtual ID when contacting our customer support team.

What should I do if the litter box rotates repeatedly?

Possible Cause
Too much litter inside the drum may cause overload during operation, which can lead the device to stop and restart repeatedly.

What to Check?
Please check whether the amount of litter exceeds the MAX line inside the drum. Adding too much litter can increase resistance and affect normal operation.

Please try the following steps:
1.Check whether the litter level exceeds the MAX line inside the drum.
2.If there is too much litter, remove some litter until it is below the MAX line.
3.Restart the device by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please provide a video when contacting our customer support team.

What should I do if the status indicator light stays on?

If the status indicator light is constantly on, follow the steps below based on the light color:
1.Orange Status Light Stays On
Possible Cause 1: Radar Detection (Movement Detected)
The radar sensor has detected a cat or other movement near the device. This is normal behavior designed to protect pets during operation.

What Happens?

-The orange light stays on.
-If the litter box is running, it will pause for 5 seconds.
-If movement continues, the pause time will extend automatically.
-Once the area is clear for 5 seconds, the machine will resume operation.

What to Check?
1.Make sure there are no pets, people, or moving objects near the litter box.
2.Check whether the device is placed too close to large electrical appliances.
3.Avoid placing the device directly against walls or objects that may cause interference.

Possible Cause 2: Weight Sensor Triggered
If no movement is detected within 1 meter, but the orange light stays on and the machine stops, the weight sensor may have detected a change inside the litter drum.

What to Check?
4.Make sure the litter box is placed on a flat, hard surface.
5.Check that nothing is stuck under the base of the device.
6.Ensure all four support legs are firmly touching the floor.
Note: Do not place the litter box on a litter mat, as this may affect the weight sensor.
7.Check whether there are foreign objects inside the litter drum.
8.After adding litter, make sure you pressed the “Level” button to recalibrate the weight.

If you are using the APP, you may see this message:
"Cleaning has been interrupted due to a weight change inside the drum. This may be caused by a cat entering, adding litter, or a foreign object falling inside. Please check the device, or press and hold the 'Level' button for 3 seconds to reset."

Please follow these steps:
1.Ensure the litter box is placed on a stable, flat floor.
2.Remove any objects under the base or support legs.
3.Press and hold the “Level” button for 3 seconds to recalibrate the weight sensor.

2.Red Status Light Stays On

Please check the following:
1.Ensure there is no debris between the base and the litter box. If there is, clean it out.
2.Check the infrared sensors at the front and back of the base.
3.If dirty, gently wipe the sensors with a clean, dry cotton cloth or cotton swab.
